These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the SlimAI website, mobile application, free features, premium features, subscriptions, AI tools, and related services.
By using SlimAI, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Service.
1. Interpretation and Definitions

Words with capitalized initials have specific meanings as defined below. These definitions apply equally to singular and plural forms.

Account means the unique account or profile created by you to access SlimAI or parts of the Service.

2. Acknowledgment
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and the Company.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you are legally able to use the Service in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13.

The Service may include features such as:

The available features may vary by platform, account type, country, subscription status, app version, or technical availability.
4. Account Registration and Responsibility
To access certain features, you may need to create an Account.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating or using your Account.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your Account
- Keeping your email address and account information up to date
- Immediately notifying us of unauthorized use or security concerns
We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to protect your Account credentials.
5. Premium Features, Subscriptions, and In-App Purchases
SlimAI may offer free features and paid Premium Features.
Premium Features may include advanced calorie tracking tools, AI-powered food scanning, voice logging, meal insights, progress tracking, personalized recommendations, or other features made available inside the app.
Premium access may be offered through:
- Auto-renewable subscriptions
- Free trials
- Introductory offers
- Promotional pricing
- Other in-app purchases
Subscription prices, billing periods, included features, trial periods, renewal terms, and purchase confirmation details will be shown before purchase inside the Apple App Store or Google Play Store purchase flow.
By purchasing a subscription or in-app purchase, you agree to the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play Store billing terms and the terms displayed at the time of purchase.
SlimAI does not directly process subscription payments.
SlimAI does not receive or store your full credit card number, debit card number, bank account details, or complete payment credentials.
6. Auto-Renewal, Billing, and Platform Responsibility
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period, according to the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Your subscription will be charged through your Apple ID, Google Play account, or other applicable store account.
Billing, renewal, cancellation, payment failure, payment method updates, tax handling, charge confirmation, purchase history, purchase-related requests, payment disputes, and other platform billing matters are managed by the platform where the purchase was made.
SlimAI does not control Apple App Store or Google Play Store billing systems, approval decisions, subscription records, payment decisions, payment failures, tax calculations, platform account settings, or platform support outcomes.
7. Managing and Cancelling Subscriptions
You are responsible for managing or cancelling your subscription through the platform where you purchased it.
For iOS purchases, subscriptions can be managed through your Apple ID subscription settings.
For Android purchases, subscriptions can be managed through Google Play subscription settings.
Deleting your SlimAI Account does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Uninstalling the SlimAI app does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Logging out of SlimAI does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Stopping use of SlimAI does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Removing payment access inside SlimAI, where applicable, does not automatically cancel your subscription.
To stop future billing, you must cancel your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on where you purchased it.
If you cancel your subscription, you may continue to access Premium Features until the end of the current paid billing period, unless the applicable platform terms or applicable law provide otherwise.
8. Platform Purchase Requests
SlimAI does not offer a separate refund policy because subscription purchases and in-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Any purchase-related request must be handled through the platform where the purchase was made.
SlimAI does not guarantee that Apple or Google will approve any purchase-related request.
SlimAI is not responsible for platform decisions, delays, rejections, technical issues, user account issues, payment method issues, accidental purchases, duplicate purchases, failed cancellations, forgotten subscriptions, unused subscription periods, or any other billing outcome controlled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
9. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
SlimAI may offer free trials, discounted pricing, or promotional subscription offers.
Trial availability, duration, eligibility, pricing, renewal terms, and included features will be shown before purchase in the applicable app store purchase flow.
Unless cancelled before the trial or promotional period ends, the subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription at the price and billing period shown before purchase.
You are responsible for reviewing the terms shown before starting a trial or promotional offer.
SlimAI is not responsible if you forget to cancel a trial, misunderstand the trial terms, use the wrong Apple ID or Google Play account, lose access to a platform account, or fail to cancel before renewal.
10. Restore Purchases
Where supported, users may restore previous purchases or subscriptions using the restore purchase option in the app.
To restore a purchase, you must use the same Apple ID, Google Play account, or account credentials used for the original purchase.
Restore functionality may depend on:
- The applicable app store
- Platform rules
- Internet connection
- Account status
- Subscription status
- Device settings
- App version
- Store availability
- Technical conditions outside SlimAI’s control
SlimAI is not responsible if a purchase cannot be restored because of incorrect account usage, expired subscription status, app store issues, platform restrictions, unsupported devices, deleted platform accounts, or other causes outside SlimAI’s reasonable control.
11. Changes to Premium Features or Pricing
We may modify, add, remove, limit, suspend, replace, or update Premium Features from time to time.
We may also change subscription pricing where permitted by applicable law and app store policies.
Any required notice, consent, or cancellation option will be provided through the applicable app store, inside the Service, or through another appropriate method where required.
SlimAI does not guarantee that any specific Premium Feature will remain available permanently.
12. Health, Nutrition, Fitness, and AI Disclaimer
SlimAI is a calorie tracking, nutrition logging, food scanning, meal planning, wellness, and progress tracking tool.
SlimAI does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency support, clinical recommendations, or professional healthcare services.
SlimAI is not a substitute for a doctor, dietitian, nutritionist, fitness trainer, therapist, medical provider, or other qualified professional.
Calorie counts, macro estimates, food recognition, meal suggestions, recipe details, health scores, serving sizes, progress insights, and AI-generated outputs are estimates only.
AI-generated results may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, unsuitable, or inconsistent.
You should not rely on SlimAI as the only basis for medical, dietary, nutritional, fitness, fasting, medication, allergy, pregnancy, weight-loss, or health-related decisions.
You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making major changes to your diet, exercise routine, fasting routine, medication, supplement use, or health plan, especially if you have:
- A medical condition
- Diabetes or blood sugar concerns
- PCOS
- Cholesterol concerns
- Arthritis
- Food allergies
- Eating disorder history
- Pregnancy-related requirements
- Medication-related dietary restrictions
- Heart, kidney, liver, digestive, or metabolic conditions
- Any other health concern
You are fully responsible for reviewing and verifying food logs, ingredients, calories, serving sizes, allergens, macros, health scores, and AI-generated results before relying on them.
13. Food, Allergy, and Ingredient Responsibility
SlimAI may provide food details, ingredients, recipes, calorie estimates, macro estimates, serving-size estimates, dietary suggestions, and meal insights.
These outputs may be generated using AI, third-party databases, user-submitted data, automated image analysis, voice input, text input, or other data sources.
SlimAI does not guarantee that food, ingredient, allergen, calorie, macro, recipe, serving-size, or nutrition information is complete, accurate, current, safe, or suitable for your needs.
If you have allergies, dietary restrictions, religious dietary requirements, medical food limitations, pregnancy-related dietary requirements, or food sensitivities, you are responsible for verifying all food and ingredient information independently before consuming any item.
SlimAI is not responsible for allergic reactions, dietary mistakes, incorrect food identification, incorrect ingredient detection, incorrect serving-size estimates, inaccurate calorie or macro estimates, or health outcomes resulting from reliance on the Service.
14. User Responsibility and Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge and agree that your use of SlimAI is at your own risk.
You are responsible for:
- Entering accurate personal information
- Reviewing AI-generated results
- Confirming food items before logging or consuming them
- Verifying calories, macros, serving sizes, and ingredients
- Managing your subscription through the correct platform
- Keeping your account credentials secure
- Maintaining access to your Apple ID or Google Play account
- Managing device permissions
- Checking notification settings
- Following professional medical or nutritional advice where needed
- Deciding whether SlimAI is suitable for your personal circumstances
SlimAI is not responsible for harm, loss, confusion, billing issues, health outcomes, dietary mistakes, missed reminders, wrong logs, wrong estimates, or user decisions caused by your failure to review, verify, manage, or independently confirm information.
15. No Emergency Use
SlimAI must not be used for emergencies, urgent medical situations, crisis support, or life-threatening conditions.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, severe allergic reaction, eating disorder crisis, mental health crisis, or any urgent health condition, contact emergency services or a qualified healthcare provider immediately.
SlimAI is not responsible for any outcome resulting from use of the Service during an emergency or urgent health situation.
16. Notifications, Reminders, and Tracking Limitations
SlimAI may provide reminders, notifications, alerts, streaks, fasting timers, water reminders, meal reminders, progress updates, or similar tracking features.
These features may depend on:
- Device settings
- Operating system permissions
- Internet connection
- App version
- Battery settings
- Notification permissions
- Time zone settings
- Third-party platform behavior
- Server availability
SlimAI does not guarantee that notifications, reminders, alerts, logs, streaks, fasting timers, or tracking features will always be accurate, timely, uninterrupted, or delivered.
SlimAI is not responsible for missed reminders, delayed notifications, incorrect streaks, incorrect logs, incomplete tracking, or decisions made because of notification or tracking issues.
17. Third-Party Services and Integrations
SlimAI may integrate with or rely on Third-Party Services, including but not limited to:
- Apple App Store
- Google Play Store
- Payment and subscription platforms

- Advertising partners
- AI service providers
- Cloud hosting providers

- Apple Health, HealthKit, Google Fit, Health Connect, or similar health platforms, where supported
Your use of Third-Party Services may be subject to separate terms, policies, permissions, and account settings.
SlimAI does not control and is not responsible for:
- Third-party platform outages
- App store billing issues
- AI provider errors
- Cloud hosting downtime
- Analytics or advertising provider behavior
- Health platform permission issues
- Syncing failures
- Data import/export limitations
- Inaccurate third-party data
- Changes to third-party APIs
- Third-party privacy or security practices
- Third-party account suspension or access issues
You may need to manage certain permissions directly through your Device settings, app store account, or third-party platform account.
18. Account Access, Data Accuracy, and Device Issues
SlimAI is not responsible for issues caused by:
- Incorrect user input
- Incomplete profile information
- Wrong weight, height, goal, age, lifestyle, or activity data
- Incorrect meal logging
- Duplicate logs
- Forgotten passwords
- Lost account access
- Use of the wrong email address
- Use of the wrong Apple ID or Google Play account
- Device malfunction
- Unsupported devices
- Operating system bugs
- Poor internet connection
- App updates not installed
- Device storage limitations
- Battery optimization settings
- Time zone differences
- User deletion of data
- User modification of settings
You are responsible for maintaining your Device, app version, account access, platform account, and data accuracy.
19. User Content
You may submit, upload, create, or generate content while using SlimAI, including:

- Meal logs
- Voice inputs
- Text entries
- Recipes
- Weight updates
- Progress photos
- Fitness data
- Wellness preferences
- Feedback
- Other content or information submitted through the Service
You retain ownership of content that you submit to the Service.
By submitting content to SlimAI, you grant the Company a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, reproduce, modify, and use such content only as necessary to:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, contractors, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages.

- Business interruption

- Health-related outcomes
- Dietary decisions
- Fitness decisions
- Fasting decisions
- Medication or supplement decisions

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the applicable app store terms, the app store terms may apply to your use of the store, billing, subscriptions, cancellations, purchase-related requests, and related platform services.
